【摘要】 随着社会经济的不断发展,我国研究生培养结构已经逐渐从学术为主型过渡到应用为主型,产学研联合是培养专硕研究生的有力途径。同时,"校企合作"是新工科创新型人才培养的重要途经和抓手,但是如何深度融合,长期合作,需要不断探索。为此,文中以"专业硕士带动校企合作"为抓手,研究有利于新工科创新型人才培养、有利于发挥企业和学校双方积极性的机制探索与实践,通过企业、学校等多方合作,深入进行政产学研深度融合,落实好企业和学校的双导师制,一体化建设本科和专硕的培养,探索本科专硕相互融合的人才培养模式,具有很强的现实意义和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the social economy,the structure of graduate education in China has gradually transitioned from academic-oriented to application-oriented,and industry-university-research cooperation is a powerful way to cultivate professional master’s degree students.Meanwhile,’ university-enterprise cooperation" is an important way and lever for cultivating innovative talents in the field of new engineering.However,how to deeply integrate and establish long-term cooperation requires continuous exploration.Therefore,this paper takes "professional masters drive school enterprise cooperation" as the starting point,and explores and practices mechanisms that are conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents in new engineering disciplines and the promotion of the enthusiasm of both enterprises and universities.Through multi-party cooperation such as enterprises and universities,we will deepen the integration of industries,universities and research institutions,implement the dual mentorship system between enterprises and universities,integrate the cultivation of undergraduates and professional masters,and explore a talent cultivation mode that integrates undergraduates,and professional masters.It has strong practical significance and promotional value.更多还原
