【摘要】 目的:观察肠梗阻导管联合鸟苷酸环化酶C(GC-C)激动剂治疗结肠梗阻的近期临床疗效。方法青岛市第八人民医院肛肠外科2019年10月至2022年10月对就诊60例的结肠梗阻患者进行了肠梗阻导管联合鸟苷酸环化酶C(GC-C)激动剂治疗,记录患者临床诊疗情况,男性19例,女性41例;年龄27-88(66.40±11.10)岁,平均便秘病程42(24/96)月,平均住院时间为8(6.25/10)d,平均停止排便时间6(5/8)d,平均手术时间为(38.88±10.87)min。结果 60例患者均成功完成手术,术前及术后第1、3的VAS疼痛分值分别为2(1/2)、1(0/1)、0(0/0),术前及术后第1、3天的腹胀分值分别为2(2/4)、0(0/2)、0(0/0),术前及术后CT下结肠横截面扩张直径最大值分别为(5.78±0.79)cm、(3.13±0.53)cm。结论肠梗阻导管联合鸟苷酸环化酶C(GC-C)激动剂治疗结肠梗阻是一种减轻患者腹痛腹胀、缓解肠梗阻的有效治疗手段,但长期疗效尚需要更大样本量的前瞻性研究进一步证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Guanylate cyclase C(GC-C) agonist in the treatment of intestinal obstruction.Methods From October 2019 to October2022,60 patients with colonic obstruction were treated with ileus catheter combined with Guanylate cyclase C(GC-C) agonist in the Department of Anorectal Surgery of Qingdao Eighth People’s Hospital.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of the patients(19 males and 41 females) were recorded.The average duration of constipation was 42(24/96) months,the average length of hospital stay was 8(6.25/10) d,the average duration of defecation was 6(5/8) d,and the average operation time was(38.88± 10.87) min.Results All the 60 patients successfully completed the operation.The VAS pain scores before and after operation were 2(1/2),1(0/1),0(0/0),the abdominal distention scores before and 1,3 days after operation were 2(2/4),0(0/2),0(0/0),the maximum diameter of colon cross section under CT before and after operation were(5.78± 0.79) cm,(3.13± 0.53) cm,respectively.Conclusion Intestinal obstruction catheter combined with GC-C agonist is an effective treatment to relieve abdominal pain,abdominal distention and intestinal obstruction,but the long-term efficacy needs to be further confirmed by prospective studies with a larger sample size.更多还原
