星载GNSS-R台风高风速实测数据验证与评估

【摘要】 近年来,台风的发生频率和强度逐渐增加,是全球影响最严重的自然灾害之一。星载GNSS-R技术具有能耗低、轻量化等优势,能够通过卫星组网实现对海面风的高时效观测,但是由于数据质量等原因,实测数据的台风观测能力验证相对较少。该研究旨在验证与评估星载GNSS-R台风探测数据,重点分析其高风速反演结果及台风结构参数估计。通过对比CYGNSS台风实测数据、ERA5和机载SFMR数据,得到完全发展海洋风速产品(FDS)与ERA5相关性更好,但是非完全发展海洋风速产品(YSLF)具有更高的台风风速且与SFMR相关性更好。利用YSLF风速结合台风模型进一步估计结构参数,与最佳路径数据集相比,估计效果较好,但对于超强台风的最大风速存在低估现象。结果表明,CYGNSS实测数据可用于台风探测,具备一定可靠性,但仍需提升数据质量并增加数据源,以更好地支持台风灾害的预报与应对。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the frequency and intensity of typhoons have gradually increased,making them one of the most severe natural disasters worldwide.The spaceborne GNSS-R technology has advantages such as low energy consumption and lightweight,and can achieve high timeliness observation of sea surface winds through satellite networking.However,due to data quality and other reasons,there is relatively little validation of the typhoon observation capability of measured data.This study aims to validate and evaluate the spaceborne GNSS-R typhoon detection data,with a focus on analyzing its high wind speed inversion results and typhoon structural parameter estimation.By comparing CYGNSS typhoon measurement data,ERA5,and airborne SFMR data,it is found that the fully developed ocean wind speed product(FDS) has better correlation with ERA5,but the partially developed ocean wind speed product(YSLF) has higher typhoon wind speeds and better correlation with SFMR.Using YSLF wind speed combined with typhoon model to further estimate structural parameters,compared with the optimal path dataset,the estimation effect is better,but there is an underestimation of the maximum wind speed of super typhoons.The results indicate that CYGNSS measured data can be used for typhoon detection with certain reliability,but there is still a need to improve data quality and increase data sources to better support typhoon disaster forecasting and response.
