基于915MHz频段半导体微波源的家用微蒸烤一体机研究

【摘要】 微蒸烤一体机,包括微波、烧烤、蒸汽三个基本功能,是目前厨房烹饪电器领域里面技术难度最高,结构最为复杂的机型之一。微波加热功能实现食材内外同时加热,从而显著提升烹饪效率的同时提高了加热均匀性。低频微波因其具有更强的穿透深度,在加热大块食材及对体均匀性要求高的场景具有极大的应用潜力。微波加热用的微波源因其负载具有不确定性与应用的环境复杂,对馈入天线、微波传输系统及微波源提出了更严苛的要求,也是一体机开发面临的重要的挑战之一。本文研究的微蒸烤一体机,微波源频段为915MHz,输出微波功率为500W,效率64%;设计的扼流门体厚度为4cm,微波泄漏量低于0.4mW/cm~2;设计的高效率辐射天线馈入回波低于-10dB;整机测试满足国标及安规要求且实验验证开发的一体机在显著提高了加热速率的同时提高了加热均匀性。

【Abstract】 The integrated machine, including microwave, barbecue, steam three basic functions, is currently one of the most technically challenging and structurally complex models in the field of kitchen cooking appliances.The microwave heating function enables simultaneous heating of ingredients both inside and outside, significantly improving cooking efficiency while improving heating uniformity. Low frequency microwave has great application potential in heating large food materials and scenes with high requirements for body uniformity because of its stronger penetration depth. The microwave source used for microwave heating poses stricter requirements for feed antennas, microwave transmission systems, and microwave sources due to its uncertain load and application environment, which is also one of the important challenges faced by the development of integrated machines. The integrated machine studied in this article has a microwave source frequency band of 915MHz, an output microwave power of 500W, and an efficiency of 64%. The designed choke gate has a thickness of 4cm, which is 33% thinner than the competitors and the microwave leakage is less than 0.4mW/cm~2. The designed high-efficiency radiation antenna feed S11 is less than-10dB. The machine meets the requirements of national standards and safety regulations through testing and experimental verification. The developed integrated machine not only improves the heating rate but also improves the heating uniformity.
