低功率微波等离子体炬材料处理红外光谱检测应用研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究微波等离子体炬在光谱检测中的应用。利用低功率微波等离子体炬来处理待测奶制品,通过傅里叶红外光谱仪来观察谱线图。通过实验结果可以看出,经过微波等离子体炬处理后的谱线图单独在2250cm-1和2150cm-1出现吸收峰,主要由脂肪族氰类-C≡N键伸缩引起的吸收峰和由-C≡C-键存在使得2150cm-1附近有弱吸收的炔烃叁键。表明微波等离子体炬与样品表面接触时轰击出新基团或者是化学键,表面微波等离子体炬在材料处理光谱检测中具有潜在的应用。

【Abstract】 This study focuses on the application of microwave plasma torch in spectroscopic detection. The microwave plasma torch is used to process dairy products, and the spectral line diagram is observed using a Fourier infrared spectrometer.From the experimental results, it can be observed that the spectrum after treatment with the microwave plasma torch shows absorption peaks at 2250 cm-1 and 2150 cm-1, mainly attributed to the stretching vibrations of the aliphatic cyanide(-C≡N)bond and weak absorption near 2150 cm-1 caused by the presence of the alkyne hydroxy triple bond(-C≡C-). It can be concluded that the microwave plasma torch interacts with the surface of the sample, leading to the generation of new functional groups or chemical bonds. Surface microwave plasma torch has potential applications in spectroscopic detection.
