单能X射线调制标定源关键技术研究

【摘要】 X射线源作为标定X射线相关仪器的关键器件,其流量稳定性、可控性、单色性直接影响系统标定结果精度,本文仿真分析了栅控X射线源的电子光学特性及二次靶源的X射线出射特性,研究了单能X射线调制源的栅控性能与单能光谱曲线,并在此基础上研制了含有20个单波长点的X射线调制标定源样机,测试了不同靶材的X射线源出射特性。
【Abstract】 X-ray source is the key part of X-ray instrument calibration device, the flow stability,controllability and monochromatic performance directly affect the system calibration results. This paper analyses the grid controllability and X-ray emitter ability through electron optical and MCNP simulation, and the grid-controlled performance and monoenergy characteristic of X-ray source were studied, On this basis, a prototype of X-ray modulation calibration source with 20 single wavelength points was developed to test the X-ray emission characteristics of different targets.
