基于代际互助的老旧社区更新实践与启示——以成都吉福社区为例

【摘要】 社区更新包含物质空间更新和社区治理两个维度。社区中自发形成的代际互助行为能够推动物质空间的更新与改造,并有效促进社区治理的发展。近年来,成都吉福社区通过发掘和培育社区居民的代际优势,营造老幼"代际融合"的社区生活场景,注重社区物质空间更新机制与社区服务治理管理机制结合,以"内部造血"的方式促进社区更新的融洽互助、共建共享、和谐社区目标的实现,为老旧社区更新提供了一种新思路。本文应用文献研究、实地调查及半结构访谈等研究方法,梳理了成都吉福社区更新改造与"共享奶奶"代际服务实践的关联性发展历程,明晰代际互助行为在社区公共空间更新中的重要推动作用,并深入探究代际空间载体特征,挖掘代际互助行为内部运行机制,分析存在的空间与社会问题并提出优化策略,为我国老旧社区更新与治理提供可能的路径参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community renewal includes two dimensions: physical space renewal and community governance. The spontaneous intergenerational mutual aid behavior in the community can promote the renewal and transformation of physical space and effectively promote the development of community governance. In recent years, Chengdu Jifu Community has explored and cultivated the intergenerational advantages of the community, created a community life scene of "intergenerational integration" of the old and young, paid attention to the combination of the community material space renewal mechanism and the community service governance and management mechanism, and promoted the realization of the goal of harmonious mutual assistance, co-construction and sharing and harmonious community renewal in the way of "internal hematopoiesis", providing a new idea for the renewal of the old community. This paper uses literature research, field investigation and semi-structured interviews to sort out the correlation and development process between Chengdu Jifu community renewal and "shared grandma" intergenerational service practice, clarify the important role of intergenerational mutual aid behavior in the renewal of community public space, deeply explore the characteristics of intergenerational space carriers, explore the internal operation mechanism of intergenerational mutual aid behavior, analyze existing spatial and social problems, and propose optimization strategies, so as to provide a possible path reference for the renewal and governance of old communities in China.更多还原
