【摘要】 目的:通过整理归纳火针疗法的临床研究文献,总结火针疗法的病症谱,为火针疗法的临床推广与应用提供参考。方法:通过检索1954-2022年中国维普、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed等数据库中火针疗法的临床研究文献,建立火针疗法文献数据库,统计火针疗法病症种类及疾病系统分类情况,总结火针疗法的病症谱。结果:共纳入符合标准的火针疗法的现代临床研究文献3155篇,得到ICD-10中16个分类系统161个病症。结论:火针疗法临床适应症广,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through collating and summarizing the clinical research literature of fire needle therapy to sum up the disease spectrum and provide the reference for the clinical promotion and application of fire needle therapy.Methods:A literature database was established by retrieving the clinical research literature of fire needle therapy from the databases of VIP,CNKI,SINOMED,WF,PubMed from 1954-2022.The clinical application of fire needle therapy and disease systematic classification were counted,and the disease spectrum of fire needle therapy was summarized.Results:Totally,3155 modern clinical research papers were collected,including 16 classification systems of ICD-10 and 161 diseases.Conclusion:Fire needle therapy has wide indications and is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.更多还原
