浮针不同扫散频率治疗非急性期贝尔面瘫:随机对照研究

【摘要】 目的:观察浮针不同扫散频率对非急性期贝尔面瘫面肌功能恢复的差异,为浮针治疗面瘫的方案优选提供参考依据,以期优化浮针治疗操作。方法:将68例非急性期贝尔面瘫患者随机分为浮针高频扫散组(35例,剔除1人,脱落3人)、浮针低频扫散组(33例,脱落4人)。浮针高频扫散组扫散频率为100次/分左右,浮针低频扫散组扫散频率为50次/分左右,配合基础治疗(甲钴胺片口服,TDP照射,面肌康复训练),两组均治疗4周,每周3次,分别观察两组治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后House-Brackmann分级量表评分(HBGS)、多伦多(Sunnybrook)面神经评定、Fa CE量表的评分,评价两组疗效及安全性。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者House-Brackmann分级评分较治疗前降低、多伦多(Sunnybrook)面神经评定评分较治疗前升高、Fa CE评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),两组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组患者House-Brackmann分级评分较治疗前降低、多伦多(Sunnybrook)面神经评定评分均较治疗前升高、且浮针高频扫散组优于浮针低频扫散组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者Fa CE评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),两组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05),浮针高频扫散组总有效率为100%,高于浮针低频扫散组96.6%(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应及严重不良事件。结论:浮针治疗非急性期贝尔面瘫患者有效、安全,促进患者面肌功能的恢复,且高频扫散疗效优于低频扫散。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the difference of different frequency of Fu,s subcutaneous needling on the recovery of facial muscle function of Bell facial palsy in non-acute stage,so as to provide a reference for the optimization of Fu,s subcutaneous needling treatment for facial palsy.Methods 68 patients with non-acute stage of Bell facial palsy were randomly divided into Fu,s subcutaneous needling high-frequency sweeping group(35 cases,1 person was removed,3 people fell off) and Fu,s subcutaneous needling low-frequency sweeping group(33 cases,4 people fell off).The scavenging frequency of the Fu,s subcutaneous needling high-frequency sweeping group was about 100 times/min,and that of the Fu,s subcutaneous needling low-frequency sweeping group was about 50 times/min.Combined with basic treatment(oral methcobalamin tablet,TDP irradiation,facial rehabilitation training),both groups were treated for 4 weeks,3 times a week.The scores of House-Brackmann Rating Scale(HBGS),Toronto(Sunnybrook) facial nerve rating and Fa CE scale were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the House-Brackmann grading score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,the Toronto(Sunnybrook) facial nerve evaluation score was higher than before treatment,and the Fa CE score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),with no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the House-Brackmann grading score of both groups was lower than before treatment,and the Toronto(Sunnybrook) facial nerve evaluation score was higher than before treatment,and the Fu,s subcutaneous needling high-frequency sweeping group was better than the Fu,s subcutaneous needling low-frequency sweeping group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Fa CE score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the Fu,s subcutaneous needling high-frequency sweeping group was 100%,which was higher than that of the Fu,s subcutaneous needling low-frequency sweeping group(96.6%)(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions or serious adverse events in both groups.Conclusion Fu,s subcutaneous needling is effective and safe in the treatment of non-acute Bell facial palsy patients,and promotes the recovery of facial muscle function in patients,and the curative effect of high-frequency sweeping is better than that of low-frequency sweeping.
