【摘要】 肺功能和早发型帕金森病(EOPD)抑郁密切相关。肺气郁滞导致EOPD抑郁,帕金森病痰火加重EOPD抑郁。因此,需要把益肺防郁,治未病、清肺解郁,泻火毒、宣肺开郁,化痰浊的治法应用于临床实践。文章详细探讨了从肺论治的理论依据及临床针药方法,临证不离气机不畅的基本病机。须谨扣病机,辨证施治。此外,须在辨证基础上结合循证的理念来个体化诊疗,发展了中医针刺及药物从肺论治EOPD抑郁的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pulmonary function is closely related to depression in early-onset Parkinson’s disease(EOPD).Stagnation of lung qi leads to depression in EOPD,and phlegm-fire in Parkinson’s disease aggravates depression in EOPD.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the therapeutic methods of benefiting lung and preventing depression,treating pre-illness,clearing lung and relieving depression,purging fire and toxin,dispersing lung and relieving depression,and resolving phlegm and turbidity to clinical practice.This paper discusses in detail the theoretical basis of treatment from lung,the clinical acupuncture and medicine methods,and the basic pathogenesis of qi stagnation.It is necessary to buckle the pathogenesis and treat it according to syndrome differentiation.In addition,individualized diagnosis and treatment must be combined with evidence-based concept on the basis of syndrome differentiation,and the method of treating depression from lung with acupuncture and drugs in traditional Chinese medicine has been developed.更多还原
