基于作战意图、环境、目标的舰机协同组织与运行机制研究

【摘要】 未来海上作战环境愈加复杂,传统以海上舰队为主的作战体系不能满足日益增加的需求,舰载无人机智能化程度还不能替代人的思维与判断,增加了舰机协同组织管理的难度。本文面向现代海上舰机协同作战目标与需求,建立基于作战过程态势组织的综合作战使命、结果预期和任务规划——作战意图,战场敌方威胁、我方能力和环境条件——战场环境,以及作战状态关联、活动交互、过程协同运行目标——任务目标,构建面向战略规划、战场环境和战术任务能力、性能、效率目标一体化的共享作战态势,支持作战过程的组织者、操作者和参与者任务组织、运行和管理决策。

【Abstract】 The future maritime combat environment is becoming increasingly complex, and traditional combat systems centered on naval fleets can no longer meet the growing demands. The intelligence level of carrier-based drones is still unable to replace human thinking and judgment,which complicates the coordination and management of ship-aircraft operations. This paper addresses the goals and requirements of modern maritime ship-aircraft collaborative combat,establishing an integrated combat mission, expected outcomes, and task planning based on the organization of the combat process—combat intent; battlefield threats, our capabilities, and environmental conditions—battlefield environment; and the correlation of combat states, activity interactions, and collaborative operational objectives—task objectives. It constructs an integrated shared combat situation oriented towards strategic planning, battlefield environment, and tactical task capabilities, performance, and efficiency objectives, supporting mission organization, operation,and management decisions for organizers, operators, and participants in the combat process.
