负载防污剂的层状双氢氧化物(LDH)涂层的制备

【摘要】 在复杂恶劣的海洋环境,海洋装备面对海水腐蚀、生物污损等多种挑战,此时只具有单一防护效能的涂层很难满足海洋装备的需求。为实现对海洋装备的多方面保护,本文提供了一种同时具备防腐与防污性能的涂层制备方法:以硝酸锌与硝酸铝为原料合成Zn-Al层状双氢氧化物(ZnAl-LDH),利用LDH层间阴离子交换特性,引入吡啶硫酮盐(SPT),制备了ZnAl-LDH-SPT。XRD结果表明样品具备LDH的典型衍射峰。FTIR结果表明SPT的峰进入ZnAl-LDH-SPT中。结合EDS与SEM结果,进一步证明了ZnAlLDH-SPT材料的成功合成。将其以4 w%比例加入到耐候性良好的氟碳树脂当中,以异氰酸酯为固化剂,研制一种适应海洋设施、船舶水线以下使用的涂层。在抗菌实验中,添加ZnAl-LDH-SPT的涂层抗菌率达100%,远高于未添加的对照组。在30天抗藻类性能试验中,其表面几乎没有小球藻的生长和附着,而对照组表面经去离子水冲洗仍有少量小球藻附着。经30d的3.5%NaCl溶液浸泡后,其电化学测试的低频区交流阻抗模值(|Z|0.01Hz)仍保持在高水平,为3.98×1011Ω·cm2,高于对照组48%。由此表明涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀耐污损性能。

【Abstract】 In complex and harsh marine environments, marine equipment faces various challenges such as seawater corrosion and biofouling. At this time, coatings with only a single protective effect are difficult to meet the needs of marine equipment. To achieve multi-faceted protection of marine equipment, this article provides a coating preparation method that simultaneously possesses anti-corrosion and anti-fouling properties: Zn-Al layered double hydroxides(ZnAl-LDH) were synthesized from zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials, and ZnAl-LDHSPT was prepared by utilizing the interlayer anion exchange characteristics of LDH and introducing pyridine sulfide salt(SPT). The XRD results indicate that the sample exhibits typical diffraction peaks of LDH. The FTIR results indicate that the peak of SPT enters ZnAl-LDH-SPT. The successful synthesis of ZnAl-LDH-SPT material was further confirmed by combining EDS and SEM results. Add it to a fluorocarbon resin with good weather resistance at a ratio of 4 w%, and use isocyanate as a curing agent to develop a coating suitable for use below the waterline of marine facilities and ships. In the antibacterial experiment, the antibacterial rate of the coating with ZnAl LDH-SPT added reached 100%, much higher than the control group without addition. In the 30 day anti algae performance test,there was almost no growth or attachment of Chlorella on its surface, while the control group still had a small amount of Chlorella attached to its surface after rinsing with deionized water. After soaking in a 3.5% NaCl solution for 30days, the low-frequency AC impedance modulus(|Z|0.01Hz)of the electrochemical test remained at a high level, at 3.98 × 1011 Ω· cm2, which was 48% higher than the control group. This indicates that the coating has good corrosion and stain resistance.
