基于对角加载量的单通道通信信号源估计算法研究

【摘要】 针对未知源数目的混合单通道调制信号,并不能直接使用经典源估计算法,提出了一种结合变分模式分解(VMD)、对角加载技术、信息论准则方式实现单通道调制信号源估计。通过VMD将单通道信道扩展为多通道信号形式,但经过通道扩展后信号的协方差矩阵特征值处于发散状态,无法直接采用赤池信息量准则(AIC)对其进行源估计处理,故引入改进的对角加载技术对特征值进行调整,并将修正后的特征值代入AIC准则得到估计的信源数。仿真结果表明,该算法能实现对2PSK、QPSK、2FSK、2ASK、AM、FM单通道混合信号的源个数估计。
【Abstract】 For the mixed single-channel modulated signals with an unknown number of sources, the classic source estimation algorithms cannot be directly used. A method is proposed that combines Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD), diagonal loading technique, and information-theoretic criteria for source estimation of single-channel modulated signals. By using VMD, the singlechannel signal is expanded into a multi-channel signal form. However, after the channel expansion, the eigenvalues of the covariance matrix of the signal are divergent, making it impossible to directly apply the Akaike Information Criterion(AIC) for source estimation.Therefore, an improved diagonal loading technique is introduced to adjust the eigenvalues, and the corrected eigenvalues are substituted into the AIC criterion to estimate the number of sources. Simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve the source count estimation for mixed single-channel signals of 2PSK, QPSK, 2FSK, 2ASK, AM, and FM.
