仿生毛发传感器的流-固耦合数值模拟研究

【摘要】 蝙蝠翅膀表面分布着不同规模的微小感受毛发阵列,这为小型无人机在机翼上安装仿生毛发传感器以改善空气动力学反馈控制提供了可能性。本文针对气流中的柔性毛发结构建立三维流-固耦合模型,采用数值模拟方法获取低雷诺数下仿生毛发传感器的静态响应,讨论长度直径比、阵列间距和来流条件对传感器性能的影响。结果显示,毛发的尖端偏转量随着来流速度增加而增大,合理的长度直径比和阵列间距有利于发挥传感器的性能。此外,本文将嵌入仿真器式神经网络与数值模拟方法相结合,对仿生毛发传感器阵列的快速优化设计进行了扩展研究。

【Abstract】 The surface of bat wings is distributed with tiny arrays of sensory hairs of different scales,which offer the possibility of installing artificial hair sensors on the wings of small UAVs to improve aerodynamic feedback control. In this paper, a three-dimensional Fluid-StructureInteraction model is developed for the flexible hair structure in the airflow, and numerical simulations are used to obtain the static response of the artificial hair sensor at low Reynolds number. The effects of aspect ratio, array spacing and incoming flow conditions on the sensor performance are discussed. The results show that the tip deflection of the hair increases with the incoming flow velocity, and the reasonable aspect ratio and array spacing are beneficial to the performance of the sensor. In addition, this paper combines emulator embedded neural network with numerical simulation methods to extend the study on the fast design of artificial hair sensor arrays.
