马氏体组织在模拟货油舱底板环境中的腐蚀行为研究

【摘要】 钢铁材料的腐蚀,一直是人类可持续发展道路上的绊脚石。在原油运输的过程中,多种酸性介质与大型/超大型油轮的货油舱船板直接接触,严重损害油轮的服役寿命,危害原油运输的安全性。本文以高强度低合金钢为研究对象,通过调整热处理工艺分别获得铁素体-珠光体组织和马氏体组织,在模拟货油舱强酸性的腐蚀环境中,系统地研究马氏体组织的腐蚀行为和机理。结果表明,在强酸性条件下,马氏体钢的耐蚀性较差,腐蚀速率比铁素体-珠光体高35%左右;马氏体钢的锈层中存在大量横向裂纹,且锈层脱落严重;此外,马氏体板条间的电势差高于珠光体中铁素体与渗碳体间的电势差。综上,我们认为马氏体的高能晶体缺陷在模拟货油舱的强酸性环境中起破坏腐蚀的作用,且马氏体板条间的电势差较大,因而更容易被腐蚀,呈现出沟槽状的腐蚀形貌。

【Abstract】 The corrosion of steels has always posed a significant obstacle to the sustainable development of mankind. During the transportation process of crude oil, various acidic media come into direct contact with cargo oil tank plate of large/very large crude carriers, resulting in severe damage to the tanker’s service life and posing a threat to the safety of crude oil transportation. The corrosion behavior and mechanism of high-strength low-alloy steel with ferrite-pearlite structure and martensitic structure were systematically investigated by simulating an acidic corrosion environment of cargo oil tank. The results show that martensitic steel exhibits poor corrosion resistance, with a corrosion rate approximately 35% higher than that of ferrite-pearlite under strong acid conditions. The rust layer of martensitic steel is characterized by numerous transverse cracks and sever detachment. Moreover, the volta potential difference between laths exceeds that between ferrite and cementite in pearlite. In summary, we suggest that the high-energy defects of martensite play a destructive role in corrosion under simulated cargo oil tank conditions with a strong acid environment. Furthermore, the substantial volta potential difference between martensite laths makes them more susceptible to corrosion, leading to a distinctive grooving corrosion morphology.
