浸水条件下泥岩三轴蠕变力学特性与本构模型研究
STUDY ON THE TRIAXIAL CREEP MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND CONSTITUTIVE MODEL OF MUDSTONE UNDER SOAKING CONDITIONS

【摘要】 为研究富水软岩巷道开挖卸荷围岩的蠕变力学特性,取南阳坡煤矿巷道的岩石为研究对象,开展不同浸水时间下泥岩的单轴压缩试验、三轴压缩试验与卸围压蠕变试验,并建立对应的蠕变本构模型。结果表明:通过单轴压缩试验与三轴压缩试验,得到泥岩试样的应力应变曲线,求得抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比等力学指标,以及不同浸水时间与围压对其参数的影响规律。通过开展不同浸水时间下泥岩试样的三轴卸围压蠕变试验,发现泥岩具有更为显著的时效特征,不同围压以及不同浸水时间下泥岩的蠕变特性均存在差异。根据蠕变试验实测数据,建立Burgers三维蠕变本构模型并进行参数识别,拟合结果均大于95%,该模型对于描述泥岩的蠕变力学行为具有良好的适用性。
【Abstract】 To investigate the creep mechanical characteristics of the surrounding rock in water-rich soft rock roadways after excavation and unloading, the rocks from the roadway of the Nanyangpo Coal Mine were selected as the research object. Single-axis compression tests, triaxial compression tests, and unloading creep tests under different soaking times were conducted, and corresponding creep constitutive models were established. The results showed that through single-axis compression tests and triaxial compression tests, the stress-strain curves of mudstone samples were obtained, and mechanical indicators such as compressive strength, elastic modulus, and Poisson’s ratio were calculated, along with the influence laws of different soaking times and confining pressures on their parameters. Through triaxial unloading creep tests of mudstone samples under different soaking times, it was found that mudstone exhibits more significant aging characteristics, and there are differences in the creep characteristics of mudstone under different confining pressures and soaking times. Based on the creep test data, a three-dimensional Burgers creep constitutive model was established and parameter identification was performed,with fitting results exceeding 95%. The model has good applicability for describing the creep mechanical behavior of mudstone.
