新型外露式钢柱脚抗震性能有限元分析

【摘要】 本文提出了一种新型外露式钢柱脚,通过数值模拟分析了新型柱脚在恒定轴力和往复水平荷载共同作用下的抗震性能,重点研究了柱脚类型、靴梁构造、锚栓直径和锚栓预应力等因素对新型柱脚的破坏模式、承载力、刚度和耗能能力等的影响。结果表明:新型外露式钢柱脚具有抗震性能好、施工便捷和成本低的特点。与传统靴梁式柱脚相比,新型外露式柱脚在钢材用量降低30.5%的同时,峰值承载力、初始刚度和单周耗能量分别提高了12.6%,22%和5.9%。锚栓预应力的施加,可显著提升柱脚的刚度,而当F_p>0.4f_uA_e时,锚栓预应力的进一步增加对柱脚的抗震性能影响不大,故建议锚栓预应力取为F_p=0.4f_uA_e。此外,为实现"强节点、弱构件"的抗震设计目标,建议新型外露式钢柱脚的连接系数为1.4。
【Abstract】 A new type of exposed steel column base was proposed, and its seismic performance under constant axial force and reciprocating horizontal loads has been analyzed through numerical simulation. The focus is on studying the influence of different parameters on the failure mode, bearing capacity, stiffness, and energy dissipation capacity of the novel column base. These parameters include the column base type, boot beam details,anchor bolt diameter, and anchor bolt prestress. The results demonstrate that the novel exposed steel column base exhibits favorable seismic performance, along with characteristics of convenient construction and cost-effectiveness. Compared with the traditional boot beam column base, the new exposed column base reduces steel usage by 30.5%, while simultaneously enhancing peak load capacity, initial stiffness, and single-cycle energy dissipation by 12.6%, 22%, and 5.9% respectively. The application of anchor bolt prestress can significantly improve the stiffness of the column base. When F_p>0.4f_uA_e, further increasing the anchor bolt prestress has little effect on the seismic performance of the column base, so it is recommended to set the anchor bolt pre-tension as F_p=0.4f_uA_e. In addition, to achieve the seismic design objective of allowing plastic hinges to form at the bottom of the column, while ensuring that the column base remains undamaged, a recommended connection coefficient of 1.4 is proposed for the new exposed steel column base.
