非规则阵列与大规模MIMO无线信道联合设计方法

【摘要】 非规则阵列将整个阵列不规则地分成若干子阵列,子阵中的天线单元通过功分器连接到一条射频链上,利用天线阵面的自由度提升MIMO系统性能,从而减少射频链的数量。本文基于最小均方误差算法实现了非规则阵列布局的有效优化设计。数值仿真结果表明,在相同射频链数和功率约束的条件下,非规则阵列结构的频谱效率优于传统数字波束形成架构和天线选择架构的频谱效率。
【Abstract】 An irregular tiled array technique is proposed for the application of massive MIMO systems, where the uniformly spaced antenna array elements are irregularly divided into subarrays fed by only one radio frequency(RF) chain separately. A beamforming architecture is proposed and a minimum mean square error(MMSE) method is applied to design the layouts of irregular arrays efficiently. In the framework of single-user massive MIMO systems, numerical simulation results show that the proposed architectures outperform conventional beamforming architectures and antenna selection architecture under the same number of RF chains and power consumption conditions.
