相位独立可调的模拟预失真电路设计

【摘要】 采用模拟预失真技术设计了一款工作在2-6GHz的宽带模拟预失真线性化器。该线性化器主要由GaAs场效应晶体管、lange电桥和偏置电路构成,在外加偏置电压时产生模拟预失真信号。通过调节场效应晶体管的偏置状态,可以得到不同程度的幅度扩张和相位压缩特性。仿真结果显示,在2-6GHz的频率范围和相应的功率范围内,该线性化器可以达到与固态功率放大器相反的非线性失真特性,并且可以实现相位的独立可调。
【Abstract】 A wideband analog predistortion linearizer working from 2 to 6 GHz was designed using analog predistortion technology. The linearizer consists primarily of a GaAs field-effect transistor, a lange bridge, and a bias circuit that generates an analog predistortion signal when an external bias voltage is applied. By adjusting the bias state of the field-effect transistor, different degrees of amplitude expansion and phase compression characteristics can be obtained. The simulation results show that in the frequency range of 2-6 GHz and the corresponding power range, the linearizer can achieve the opposite nonlinear distortion characteristics of the solid-state power amplifier, and independently phase adjustment can be realized.
