【摘要】 目的:通过研究探讨个体化营养指导和运动护理对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的干预价值,为该疾病的临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2023年4月至2023年11月我院救治的40例非酒精性脂肪肝患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各20例患者。对照组患者采用基础护理进行临床护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用营养指导和运动护理,为期三个月,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:干预结束后通过对比两组患者的各项肝功能指标水平,可以明显看到对照组的肝功能水平高于试验组,表明试验组患者的肝功能恢复情况更好,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过对比两组患者的治疗有效情况,试验组的有效率为85.00%,比对照组的50.00%高,说明在试验组的护理方法下,治疗更加有效,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行个体化营养指导和运动护理,能够提高患者的身体机能和治疗的有效率,值得在临床护理中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the intervention value of diet and exercise nursing on non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,and provide a basis for clinical nursing of this disease.Method:Forty patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver treated in our hospital from August 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received basic nursing care for clinical care,while the experimental group received dietary and exercise care in addition to the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:By comparing the levels of various liver function indicators between the two groups of patients,it can be clearly seen that the control group has a higher level of indicators than the experimental group,indicating better liver function recovery for the experimental group patients,with significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).By comparing the treatment effectiveness of two groups of patients,the effective rate of the experimental group was85.00%,which is higher than the control group’s 50.00%,indicating that the treatment is more effective under the nursing method of the experimental group.The difference is significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary and exercise care for non-alcoholic fatty liver patients can improve their physical function and treatment efficiency,and is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.更多还原
