Ku波段低中频变频通道研究与设计
Research and Design of Low IF Conversion Channel in Ku-band

【摘要】 本文提出一种基于Ku频段的变频收发前端频率综合组件系统的设计方案。设计方案中发射支路输入信号频率为160MHz±7.5MHz,输出频率为16GHz±1GHz,发射功率大于+13dBm;接收支路输入信号频率为16GHz±1GHz输出中频信号频率为160MHz±7.5MHz,杂散抑制大于50dBc。最后,我们研制样机对各部分的电路进行测试,测试结果验证了方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a design scheme of a Ku band based frequency conversion transceiver front-end frequency integrated component system. In the design scheme, the input signal frequency of the transmitting branch is 160MHz±7.5MHz, the output frequency is16GHz±1GHz, and the transmitting power is greater than +13dBm. The receiving branch input signal frequency is 16 GHZ ±1GHz and the output intermediate frequency signal frequency is160MHz±7.5MHz, and the stray rejection is greater than 50dBc. Finally, we develop a prototype to test each part of the circuit, the test results verify the effectiveness of the scheme.
