宽带全差分1×4介质谐振器天线阵列

【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于微带转槽线功分器差分馈电网络的宽带差分馈电矩形介质谐振器天线阵列。该阵列包括4个矩形介质谐振器单元,可由宽带TE11δ基模激发。其仿真结果表明,在3-4.04 GHz频段内的10-dB差分阻抗带宽约为29.7%,平均增益为10.5 dBi。本文提出的由全差分功分器激励的1×4介质谐振器天线阵列可以集成到全差分系统中。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we proposed a wideband differentially fed rectangular dielectric resonator antenna(DRA) array based on a differential feeding network which is microstrip to slotline power divider(PD). The antenna array design comprises 4 rectangular DRA elements and can be excited with the wideband TE11δ fundamental mode. The simulated 10-dB differential impedance bandwidth is about 29.7%(3–4.04GHz), and an average gain of 10.5 dBi is achieved. The fully differential PD to excite 1×4 DRA array can be integrated into fully differential systems.
