【摘要】 休闲是人类的共性。休闲不仅是健康人生活的需要,也是残障人士对生活质量的追求。美国是世界上适应休闲体育开展最完善的国家,而我国的适应休闲体育处于刚刚起步阶段。为此,本文对美国适应休闲体育发展的政策支持、设施改进等方面进行研究,希望能为我国适应休闲休育的发展提供借鉴与参考。本文采用文献资料法对相关文献进行梳理,分析并概括出美国适应休闲体育发展对我国的如下启示:法律上的支持与保障;完善休闲体育设施的建设;开展休闲体育产业中为特殊人群服务的专业培训;建立社区指导培训残障人士休闲体育的组织;营造适应休闲体育的良好环境与氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leisure is a universal aspect of human life. The attention from scholars in America towards leisure sports for individuals with disabilities as a form of recreational activity has been increasing. The concepts and related theories regarding adapted physical education were first introduced 25 years ago, but the study of leisure sports, particularly for individuals with disabilities, is still in its early stages. The United States has been at the forefront of research on adapted physical education and leisure sports, making significant contributions to the field. This paper aims to explore the development of leisure sports for individuals with disabilities, with the hope of laying a theoretical foundation for such activities in China.更多还原
