乡村振兴视域下《全科医学概论》教学案例的编撰与应用

【摘要】 自党的十九大报告提出"乡村振兴战略"以来,加强基层卫生健康人才队伍建设已经成为乡村振兴的保障工作基础。医学院校培养的临床医学生是卫生人才培养的主力军和后备力量。本文基于乡村振兴战略背景,在临床医学专业本科生必修课《全科医学概论》中应用案例教学法,基于基层全科医生基本医疗与基本公共卫生服务并重的岗位特点,编撰贴近基层常见疾病诊疗实际的典型临床教学案例,并分析其应用中存在的问题及建议,以期为乡村振兴战略下卫生人才培养和可持续发展提供思路。本文表明《全科医学概论》作为临床医学专业必修课,从临床思维到临床实践都具有浓厚的人文精神和健康促进的理念,是适合作为临床医学本科学生思政教学实践的一门课程。

【Abstract】 Since the "rural revitalization strategy" was put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,strengthening the construction of grass-roots health talents has become the basic work to guarantee rural revitalization. The students majoring in clinical medicine trained by medical colleges are the main force and reserve force for the training of health talents. Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy, this paper applies the case teaching method in the compulsory course "Introduction to General Practice" for undergraduate students of clinical medicine,compiles typical clinical teaching cases close to the actual treatment of common diseases at the grassroots level based on the job characteristics of primary care and basic public health services of primary care doctors,and analyzes the problems and suggestions in its application, in order to provide ideas for the training and sustainable development of health talents under the rural revitalization strategy.
