基于萘酰亚胺荧光探针合成及检测铁离子的应用研究

【摘要】 本文成功构建了具有Fe3+荧光体系的萘酰亚胺荧光探针M1,并对其紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱进行了研究。在最优实验条件下,系统具有良好的抗干扰能力。M1探针与Fe3+浓度呈良好的线性关系(1×10-6~15×10-6 mol·L-1)。检出限为7.55×10-8 mol·L-1。M1探针与Fe3+的络合比为1:1。我们首次利用构建的M1探针结合Fe3+荧光系统测定了中药西洋参和白芍中Fe3+的浓度。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the naphthylimide fluorescent probe M1 with Fe3+ fluorescence system was successfully constructed and its UV-vis absorption and fluorescence emission spectra were investigated.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the system showed good immunity to interference.The M1 probe showed a good linear relationship with Fe3+concentration(1×10-6~15×10-6 mol-L-1).The detection limit was 7.55 × 10-8mol.L-1.The complexation ratio of M1 probe to Fe3+ was 1:1.We determined the concentration of Fe3+ in the traditional Chinese medicines American ginseng and Paeonia lactiflora for the first time by using the constructed M1 probe-conjugated Fe3+ fluorescence system.
