哈尔滨松花江北岸滨江大道建设关键技术研究及实践

【摘要】 哈尔滨松花江北岸滨江大道工程是在既有防洪大堤基础上,通过堤内或堤外加宽而建设的位于高寒地区的水利堤防与市政道路相结合的综合性大型工程,既满足堤防防洪要求,又满足城市道路通行要求。在分析工程建设关键技术问题基础上,阐述了堤路布局与结合模式、寒区滨水高路堤填筑与防裂技术、寒区堤路生态防护与冬季施工、穿跨建筑物影响及防护等四大课题研究内容与方法。研究取得了如下成果:(1)创新提出滨水堤路总体布局和分区理念,并结合各区段规划特点与难点开展了堤路线位方案比选;(2)突破传统单一行业要求,综合水利和交通规定确定工程标准与规模,并研究水利堤防与交通道路结合模式,以及"三孔一连、集中排放"城区堤路雨水排放模式;(3)针对堤路结合扩建及新建不同形式,研究提出了寒区滨水高路堤防裂综合处理技术、隔离桩减轻高填土影响措施,并提出了寒区冬夏季均能实施适应不同位置和高程的生态护坡技术、双排桩加土工管袋支撑围堰适应超高水位差措施等。
【Abstract】 The riverside avenue project at the north bank of Songhua River in Harbin is a large-scale comprehensive project in the cold region.It is an embankment combined with municipal road project,not only meets the requirements of flood control,but also meets the requirements of traffic.Based on the analysis of key technical issues of construction progress,four research contents and methods are presented,such as layout and binding mode of embankment combined with road,filling and cracking control technology of waterfront high embankment in cold region,slop ecological protection and construction technology in winter in the cold region,effect analysis and protection technology of across-and-cross-building construction.The main fruits as below:①proposed overall layout and zoning concept of the embankment combined with waterfront road in urban area,and carried out linear position scheme comparison for the embankment and the avenue according to the features and difficulties of each section planning;②Breaking through the traditional single professional criterion requirements and synthesizing various rules of water resource engineering and traffic engineering standards,determined the project scale,studied a binding mode of the embankment and the avenue and proposed a special urban riverside road drainage mode,or "three holes a joint,six holes a unit,centralized emission";③Studied and proposed different comprehensive processing technology for waterfront high embankment cracking in the cold region according to new construction and expansion projects,and proposed separation piles for mitigating high filling impact,ecological slope protection technology adapting to different positions and elevation and implementable in winter and summer,double pile cofferdam supported soil-bags adapting to high water level difference,etc.
