核电厂设备RCM分析程序开发
Development of RCM analysis program for nuclear power plant equipment

【摘要】 目前核电厂设备维修策略主要依据电厂设计技术规格书。IAEA在最新安全指南中强调,对于与核电厂安全密切相关的所有结构、系统和部件,需要采用以可靠性为中心的预防性维修策略(RCM)。然而,当前缺乏针对经济性和可用性优化的预防性维修策略分析流程和工具。本文基于以可靠性为核心的预防性维修策略制定方法,开发了核电厂设备RCM分析程序,可以帮助核电厂设计人员在设计之初,就能从核电厂整体需求出发,根据设备功能开展预防性维修策略的规划,也能够帮助核电厂运行人员对已确定的设备预防性维修策略进行评估和完善,以优化核电厂的可用性。
【Abstract】 Currently,the maintenance strategy for nuclear power plant equipment mainly follows the technical specifications of the power plant design.The IAEA emphasizes in its latest safety guidelines that for all structures,systems,and components closely related to nuclear power plant safety,a reliability centered maintenance strategy(RCM) should be adopted.However,there is currently a lack of analytical processes and tools for preventive maintenance strategies that are optimized for economics and availability.This paper develops an RCM analysis procedure for nuclear power plant equipment based on a RCM formulation method.It can assist plant designers to plan preventive maintenance strategies based on equipment functions from the overall requirements of the nuclear power plant at the beginning of the design.It can also help nuclear power plant operators to evaluate and improve the determined equipment preventive maintenance strategies,in order to optimize the availability of the nuclear power plant.
