多普勒超声监测胎儿主动脉血流参数评估胎儿活力的研究

【摘要】 本实验的目的通过对胎儿主动脉的阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩末期血流速度(EDV)、舒张期速度(PSV)的测量,初步建立胎儿血流参数指标,评估胎儿的血液动力学。
【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment passed the fetal blood flow parameters indicator for the measurement of the fetal aorta resistance index(RI),pulsover index(PI),shrinkage vectors(EDV),diastolic speed(PSV)measurement,Evaluate the blood kinetics of the fetus.
