【摘要】 本文设计了一种在S波段工作,基于分支线耦合器,每个反射终端采用两个变容管并联方式,用一段长λ/4的微带线连接,能实现360°调相的反射型移相器。二极管选择SKYWORKS公司的SMV1231,使用Rogers4350B基板,经测试得到的移相器工作中心频率为3.5 GHz,在3.4 GHz～3.6 GHz的范围内移相范围约为362°;驻波比系数最高为1.29,最小为1.15;插入损耗最小为1.45 dB,最大为4.94 dB,插损波动为3.49 dB。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper designs a kind of parallel connection of two varactors for each reflection terminal based on branch line coupler,which works in S band λ/A reflective phase shifter with a microstrip line connection of 4,capable of achieving 360° phase modulation.The diode is selected from SKYWORKS company’s SMV1231,using Rogers 4350 B substrate.After testing,the operating center frequency of the phase shifter is 3.5 GHz,with a phase shift range of approximately 362° in the range of 3.4 GHz to 3.6 GHz;The maximum standing wave ratio coefficient is 1.29 and the minimum is 1.15;The minimum insertion loss is 1.45 dB,the maximum is 4.94 dB,and the insertion loss fluctuation is 3.49 dB.更多还原
