一种基于基片集成同轴线前后扫描的漏波天线设计

【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于基片集成同轴线(substrate-integrated coaxial line,SICL)前后扫描的漏波天线。在SICL金属层刻蚀领结缝隙通过耦合的方式激励贴片,通过控制缝隙和贴片的尺寸灵活控制工作频带范围。在较小的周期尺寸下引入了两个空间谐波分别实现了单波束和双波束辐射。基于SICL的漏波天线在25 GHz~50G H z分别实现了单波束扫描范围为-50°~12°的前后扫描,双波束扫描范围为-75°到-34°的后向扫描和14°到28°的前向扫描。在辐射主体的尺寸仅为6.8λ实现了17.3 dBi的峰值增益。

【Abstract】 This paper proposed a leaky wave antenna based on substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL) with forward and backward scanning.Etching the bow tie slot in the SICL metal layer excites the patch through coupling,and flexibly controls the operating frequency range by controlling the size of the slot and patch.Two space harmonics were introduced at a smaller period size to achieve single-beam and dual-beam radiation,respectively.The SICL based leaky wave antennas have achieved forward and backward scanning with a single-beam scanning range of-50° to 12°,backward scanning with a dual-beam scanning range of-75°to-34°,and forward scanning with a range of 14° to 28° at 25 GHz~50 GHz,respectively.The size in the radiation part is only 6.8λ,achieving a peak gain of 17.3 dBi.
