紧凑型SIW滤波天线

【摘要】 本文设计了一种紧凑型的基板集成波导(SIW)滤波天线。所提出的滤波天线由一个接地贴片天线和一个由微带线馈电的SIW谐振腔组成。微带馈电线引入了源-负载耦合可以在较低和较高频段边缘处产生两个辐射零点。为了验证设计,加工并测量了该滤波天线。仿真结果和测量结果之间的有一致性,结果表明该滤波天线具有2.2%的阻抗带宽、21.5 dB的高带外抑制以及在4.945 GHz处6.2 dBi的最大增益。
【Abstract】 A compact substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) filtering antenna is designed in this paper.The proposed filtering antenna is composed of a shorted patch antenna and a SIW resonator fed by a microstrip line.A source-load coupling is introduced to generate two radiation nulls at the lower/upper band edges.The SIW filtering antenna is fabricated and measured for demonstration.Agreements between the simulated and measured results are observed,indicating an impedance bandwidth of 2.2%,deep out-of-band suppression of 21.5 dB,and an maximum realized gain of 6.2 dBi at 4.945 GHz.
