基于特征模分析法提高超宽带超表面缝隙天线增益的研究

【摘要】 本文提出了一种超宽带超表面蝶形缝隙天线。天线包括一层介质和上下两层金属,上层是中间贴片刻蚀垂直十字缝隙、周围贴片刻蚀y方向平行槽的4×4超表面单元,下层是不对称共面波导蝶形缝隙结构。通过特征模分析法,逐步改变超表面的结构,提高天线增益。首先通过在超表面的每个单元上加载两条沿y方向平行槽,将远场辐射不理想的模式进行优化,提高了高频段和低频段的增益。之后,进一步对超表面中间2×2单元加载十字槽,将中心辐射良好的模式Jsa5移动到10.65 GHz,该处增益从4.7 dBi提升到5.23 dBi。仿真结果表明:在天线的相对带宽达到90%的情况下,6 GHz~16 GHz的增益从4.6~7.4 dBi增加到了5.1~9.3 dBi。
【Abstract】 An ultra-wideband metasurface bow-tie slot antenna is proposed in this paper.The 4×4 square patches and the asymmetric coplanar waveguide bow-tie slot are etched on the top and bottom metal surfaces of the substrate.Using the characteristic mode analysis,the structure of the metasurface is gradually changed to improve the gain of the antenna.By loading two parallel slots with a width of f=0.5 mm along the y direction on every metasurface patch,the far-field radiation of modes is optimized,and the gain is enhanced excepted 10.65 GHz.By splitting each of the 2×2 middle patches into four small patches,the mode Jsa5 that is easily excited is moved to 10.65 GHz and the gain is enhanced from 4.7 dBi to 5.23 dBi.The simulation results show that the relative bandwidth of the antenna reaches 90 %,and the gain of 6 GHz~16 GHz is enhanced from 4.6~7.4 dBi to 5.1~9.3 dBi.
