【摘要】 目的:采用Meta分析探讨维生素与牙周病发生风险的相关性。方法:我们检索了PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane library、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、万方和维普8个数据库,采用随机效应模型对纳入文献的效应值进行合并。并采用广义最小二乘法进行了维生素摄入量与牙周病的剂量-反应关系分析。结果:我们最终纳入23篇观察性研究的45组效应值,结果表明,高水平的维生素摄入与牙周病的发生风险之间存在显著的负相关关系(OR=0.94,95%CI:0.92-0.95)。我们也发现维生素与牙周病之间存在线性的剂量-反应关系,即随着维生素摄入剂量的增加,维生素与牙周病之间的负相关性也越来越显著。结论:本次Meta分析的结果表明,较高的维生素摄入量与牙周病的发生风险之间存在负相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A meta-analysis was used to explore the correlation between vitamins and the risk of periodontal disease.Methods We conducted a comprehensive search across eight databases,namely PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,China Biology Medicine disc,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP database,in order to retrieve pertinent literature.We opted a random-effects model to effectively combine the odds ratios(OR) and effect sizes from the included studies.Additionally,a generalized least squares method was employed to analyze the dose-response relationship between vitamin intake and periodontal disease.Results We included a total of 45 effect sizes from 23 observational studies.The results indicated a significant negative correlation between high levels of vitamin intake and the risk of periodontal disease(OR=0.94,95% CI:0.92-0.95).We also observed a linear dose-response relationship between vitamin intake and periodontal disease,meaning that as the dosage of vitamin intake increased,the negative correlation between vitamin intake and periodontal disease became increasingly significant.Conclusion The results of this metaanalysis demonstrate a negative correlation between higher vitamin intake and the risk of periodontal disease.更多还原
