犬狂犬病疫苗免疫效果评价及免疫程序建议

【摘要】 目的评价犬狂犬病疫苗临床免疫效果。方法收集北京地区具有明确疫苗接种背景的犬血清,采用Synbiotics狂犬病抗体检测ELISA试剂盒进行狂犬病疫苗免疫抗体检测和免疫效果评价。结果检测1508份犬血清,总体免疫合格率(抗体滴度≥0.6 EU/ml)62%(939/1508),平均抗体滴度1.34 EU/ml。其中,免疫一次的犬血清652份,合格率40%(262/652),平均抗体滴度0.31 EU/ml;免疫了两次的犬血清306份,合格率70%(213/306),平均抗体滴度2.22 EU/ml;免疫三次及三次以上的犬血清550份,合格率84%(464/550),平均抗体滴度3.02 EU/ml。不同免疫次数的犬只免疫合格率均在免疫后一个月时最高,之后的11个月内,免疫一次和两次的犬的免疫合格率呈下降趋势,其中,免疫一次的犬在免疫后2~3个月时免疫合格率较第一个月显著降低(P <0.05),而免疫两次犬的免疫合格率虽然下降,但各月之间的合格率差异不显著(P> 0.05);免疫三次及以上犬只的免疫合格率各月之间差异均不显著(P> 0.05)。对不同免疫时间间隔的免疫抗体合格率进行了统计,当免疫时间间隔不超过12个月时,免疫合格率为76%(504/662),在12~24个月时,免疫合格率为64%(43/67),而当免疫时间间隔超过三年时,合格率仅为31%(25/80)。结论基于上述检测结果,建议首轮免疫接种2针疫苗,之后每年加强免疫接种1针。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the clinical immune efficacy of canine rabies vaccine. Methods We collected dog serum from Beijing with a clear vaccination background and used the Synbiotics Rabies Antibody Detection ELISA kit for rabies vaccine immune antibody detection and immune efficacy evaluation. Results In 1508 dog serum samples tested, the overall qualification rate(antibody titer ≥0.6 EU/ml) was 62%(939/1508)and the average antibody titer was 1.34 EU/ml. Among them, 456 dog serum samples were immunized once, with a qualification rate of 54%(246/456) and the average antibody titer was 0.31 EU/ml; 165 dog serum samples were immunized twice, with a qualification rate of 71%(117/165) and the average antibody titer was 2.22 EU/ml;550 dog serum samples were immunized three or more times, with a qualification rate of 85%(468/550) and the average antibody titer was 3.02 EU/ml. The difference in immune qualification rates between dogs vaccinated once and those vaccinated twice or more was significant(P<0.05), while the difference in immune qualification rates between dogs vaccinated twice or more was not significant. The immune qualification rate of dogs with different immunization number of times were all the highest at the one month after immunization. Within the following 11 months, the immune qualification rate of dogs vaccinated once and twice showed a downward trend. Among them, the immune qualification rate of dogs vaccinated once was significantly lower than the first month at the 2-3month after immunization(P<0.05). Although the immune qualification rate of dogs vaccinated twice decreased, there was no significant difference in the qualification rate between each month(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the immunization qualification rate between months for dogs immunized three and more times(P>0.05). Statistical analysis was conducted on the qualification rate of immunization rates at different immunization time intervals. When the immunization time interval was not more than 12months, the qualification rate was 76%(504/662). At 12-24 months, the qualification rate was 64%(43/67).However, when the immunization time interval exceeded three years, the qualification rate was only 31%(25/80).Conclusion Based on the above test results, it is recommended to receive 2 doses of immunization in the first round, followed by 1 dose of booster immunization every year.
