【摘要】 对我科门诊自2020年1月至2022年7月,收治肛周瘙痒症患者挑选80人,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用苦蛇中药洗剂坐浴,每日早晚一次,对照组用高锰酸钾坐浴每日早晚一次,结果:治疗14天后:观察组:痊愈13例,显效18例,有效7例,总有效率95.0%;对照组:痊愈5例,显效10例,有效10例,总有效率62.5%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦蛇中药洗剂治疗效果较高锰酸钾坐浴治疗肛周瘙痒症更有效且安全,患者耐受性好,复发率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Absrtact: from January 2020 to July 2022, 80 people with perianal pruritus were admitted for treatment,randomly divided by study group and control group,with 40 people in each group.The study group was bathed with bitter leech traditional Chinese medicine lotion once a day, and the control group received potassium permanganate sitz bath once a day in the morning and evening. As a results after 14 days of treatment, cured 13 cases, 18cases of tangible results, 7 cases remains in effect, and the total efficiency was 95. 0%. In the control group,, cured 5cases, 10 cases of tangible results, 10cases remains in effect, the total efficiency was 62.5%. The diversity between the two groups is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Consequent: the effect of bitter snake traditional Chinese medicine lotion is safer and more effective than potassium permanganate sitting bath in the treatment of perianal pruritus, the patient has good tolerance and the recurrence rate is low.更多还原
