【摘要】 目的:医学高等教育的目的是培养德才兼备、勇于担当的高素质医务工作者。在医学临床事业中,医生要有慈心为人、善举济世的理想信念。从教育培养角度,思政教育是非常重要的一环,可以增强学生的职业道德感、使命感、责任心和胜任力。优秀的医者需要兼备智商、情商和逆商。医者不但要有医术,更要有仁心。因此,探索能够切实提高学生从医初心意识的课程模式,对于培养和输出高素质医疗从业人员,提高国家医疗服务质量具有重要意义。方法:"温度实践课堂"作为一种创新模式下的启发式胜任力教学,其倡导教师在引导过程中既要全面涉及大纲要求的理论知识,也要讲解案例及课程内容中蕴含的思政元素,探索如何运用好思政的"盐",讲出真理的"味",呈现出医疗的"菜"。"温度实践课堂"鼓励学生参与典型疾病的医疗角色情景模拟,增加温度、人文和价值观的培养,促使学生自觉掌握专业理论知识,促进临床实践分析。通过角色扮演的方式让学生提前认知和理解临床口腔医生的专业内容,引导学生运用知识体系对问题进行分析和决策,体会临床诊疗的辨证思维模式,全面提升牙体牙髓病临床诊疗的综合认知,提高学生对临床的兴趣和成就感,同时在过程中体会医患立场和沟通技巧,多方面、全过程完成育人使命。精心挖掘,找准思政与专业课的融合点,全面提高学生对牙体牙髓病学疾病的临床认知、价值引领以及学科热忱。结果:在"温度实践课堂"中融入思政教育,有助于提升学生思政教育的认知度和接受度,提高学生的责任担当和人文素养,增强医患沟通能力和临床应对能力,强化培养学生获取理论知识和实践操作的主观能动性和岗位胜任力。结论:基于"温度实践课堂",探索落实思政教育,通过思政育人的实施,能切实以思政为基础,以实践为根本,将慈心为人,善举济世的理想根植于每个学生的心中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of medical higher education is to cultivate courageous and high-quality medical workers with both ability and political integrity.In the medical clinical cause,doctors should have the ideal and belief of compassion and charity.From the perspective of education and training,ideological and political education is a very important part,which can enhance students’ sense of professional ethics,sense of mission,sense of responsibility and competence.Excellent doctors need to have both IQ,EQ and AQ.Doctors should not only have medical skills,but also have benevolence.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore a curriculum model that can effectively improve students’ initial consciousness of medical practice,to cultivate and export high-quality medical practitioners,and to improve the quality of national medical services.Methods:As a heuristic competency teaching under an innovative model,"temperature practice classroom" advocates that teachers should not only fully involve the theoretical knowledge required by the outline in the guidance process,but also explain the ideological and political elements contained in the case and course content,and explore how to make good use of the "salt" of ideological and political education,tell the "taste"of truth,and present the "food" of medical treatment.The "temperature practice classroom" encourages students to participate in the simulation of medical role scenarios of typical diseases,increases temperature,humanities and value training,and encourages students to consciously master professional theoretical knowledge and promote clinical practice analysis.Through the role-playing method,students can recognize and understand the professional content of clinical dentists in advance,guide students to use the knowledge system to analyze and make decisions on problems,experience the dialectical thinking mode of clinical diagnosis and treatment,comprehensively improve the comprehensive cognition of clinical diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp disease,and improve students’ interest and sense of achievement in clinical practice.At the same time,they can experience the position and communication skills of doctors and patients in the process,and complete the mission of educating people from many aspects and the whole process.Carefully excavate,find the integration point of ideological and political and professional courses,and comprehensively improve students’ clinical cognition,value guidance and discipline enthusiasm for dental pulp diseases.Results:Integrating ideological and political education into the "temperature practice classroom" helps to improve students’ awareness and acceptance of ideological and political education,improve students’ responsibility and humanistic quality,enhance doctor-patient communication ability and clinical coping ability,and strengthen the cultivation of students’ subjective initiative and post competence in obtaining theoretical knowledge and practical operation.Conclusion:Based on the "temperature practice classroom",we explore and implement ideological and political education.Through the implementation of ideological and political education,we can effectively take ideological and political education as the basis,take practice as the foundation,and take compassion as a person.The ideal of charity is rooted in the hearts of every student.更多还原
