【摘要】 目的:牙周炎是由牙菌斑等局部因素以及全身因素引起的牙周组织的免疫炎症性反应,导致牙周附着结构的破坏。中药作为我国传统药物,具有较好的抑菌、抗炎,调节机体免疫的作用。本研究检测苗药固齿方(MYGCF)的抑菌性能,为将我国传统中草药用于口腔日常保健提供实验室依据。方法:苗药固齿方所含青盐、生石膏、续断、散血飞、对叶莲、骚羊古、艾纳香、卷柏、鸡屎藤9种中药,以醇沉法获取药液。以金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌种,采用琼脂扩散法,测量苗药固齿方的抑菌圈,根据抑菌圈大小判定药液的抑菌效价,其中洗必泰为阳性对照组,生理盐水为阴性对照组。采用琼脂稀释法测定苗药固齿方的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)来确定苗药固齿方在牙膏中的添加量。结果:5g/ml浓度的苗药固齿方药液的抑菌圈为16mm,根据NCCLs的评判标准,药敏结果为高度敏感。琼脂稀释法表明,苗药固齿方对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.3125g/ml,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为5g/ml。结论:苗药固齿方对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用,可尝试将其添加到牙膏中,进而达到保障口腔清洁、维护口腔微生态平衡的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Periodontitis is an immune inflammatory response of periodontal tissue caused by local factors such as dental plaque and systemic factors,leading to the destruction of periodontal attachment structures.Traditional Chinese medicine,as a traditional medicine in China,has good antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and immune regulating effects.This study examines the antibacterial performance of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang(MYGCF),providing a laboratory basis for the use of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in oral daily health care.METHODS:The Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang contains nine traditional Chinese medicines:green salt,raw gypsum,continuous cut,scattered blood fly,lotus leaf,sao yanggu,Ainaxiang,Selaginella,and Jishiteng.The medicinal liquid is obtained by alcohol precipitation method.Using Staphylococcus aureus as the test strain,the agar diffusion method was used to measure the antibacterial zone of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang.The antibacterial potency of the solution was determined based on the size of the antibacterial zone,with chlorhexidine as the positive control group and physiological saline as the negative control group.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang were determined using agar dilution method to determine the amount of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang added to toothpaste.RESULTS:The antibacterial zone of the 5g/ml concentration of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang solution is 16mm.According to the evaluation criteria of NCCLs,the drug sensitivity results are highly sensitive.The agar dilution method showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang against Staphylococcus aureus was 0.3125g/ml,and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) was 5g/ml.CONCLUSION:Miao Yao Gu Chi Fang has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.It can be added to toothpaste to ensure oral cleanliness and maintain the balance of oral microbiota.更多还原
