小尺寸等离子体辉光放电正柱区对微波传输的影响

【摘要】 本文为了研究小尺寸的辉光放电等离子体正柱区对电磁波的影响,设计了一种矩形波导精准测量辉光放电等离子体对微波传输的影响。模拟2~4 GHz的微波在矩形波导中插入石英管和产生等离子体后的反射和透射,实验和仿真结果具有高度一致性。实验结果表明,小尺寸的辉光放电等离子体也会造成微波衰减,可达0.45 dB,增强反射,高达25 dB,且透射的衰减可通过改变放电电压进行调节,为等离子体隐身提供参考,也为实验上测量尘埃离子体对电磁波的影响的提供了可行方案。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of small-scale glow discharge plasma on electromagnetic waves,a rectangular waveguide was designed to accurately measure the influence of glow discharge plasma on microwave transmission.Simulate the reflection and transmission of2-4 GHz microwave inserted into a quartz tube and generated plasma in a rectangular waveguide,and the experimental and simulation results are highly consistent.The experimental results show that small-scale glow discharge plasma can also cause microwave attenuation,up to 0.45 dB,enhanced reflection,up to 25 dB,and the attenuation of transmission can be adjusted by changing the discharge voltage,providing a reference for plasma stealth and a feasible solution for measuring the influence of dust ionomers on electromagnetic waves in experiments.
