【摘要】 本文分析了HBsAG ELISA双抗体夹心检测法,并从吸附和酶反应的角度对该法进行了模型化,模拟结果与实验数据吻合.该模型的建立对ELISA定量测定的研究和应用有一定的参考价值.
【Abstract】 A mathematic model was developed for the detection and measurement of HBsAg by double antibody sandwich ELISA,the experiment data were well described by the model.This model would be useful in research and application for quantitative analysis by ELISA.
