生物反应器两段法培养长春花丛生芽研究

【摘要】 自制了一套喷射雾状流生物反应器培养系统,利用该生物反应器系统两段法培养长春花丛生芽,实验结果表明,长春花丛生芽在反应器中生长良好;反应器中丛生芽生物量可达35g(干重)/L;生物碱总碱可达1.18%(干重).
【Abstract】 A self made gas liquid jet bioreactor in spray flon is used in the two stage multiple shoot culture of C.roseus,the experimental results show that the gas liquid jet bioreactor is a favor place for the multiple shoot culture of C.roseus in the two stages,and the multiple shoot of C.roseus reaches as high as 35 g(dry wt.)/L of biomass content and as high as 1.18%(dry wt.) of total indole alkaloid.
