【Abstract】 A self made gas liquid jet bioreactor in spray flon is used in the two stage multiple shoot culture of C.roseus,the experimental results show that the gas liquid jet bioreactor is a favor place for the multiple shoot culture of C.roseus in the two stages,and the multiple shoot of C.roseus reaches as high as 35 g(dry wt.)/L of biomass content and as high as 1.18%(dry wt.) of total indole alkaloid.更多还原
