制备型高效液相色谱分离过程的研究-质量超载

【摘要】 制备型高效液相色谱(HPLC)是近年来引人注目的新型分离技术。本文从化学工程的角度出发,建立了描述制备型液相色谱分离过程的混合池模型及相应的数值解法.通过实验和模拟计算,着重考察了质量超载条件下,进样量对制备型HPLC分离效果的影响.
【Abstract】 From the view-point of chemical engineering,a mixing pool model for preparative HPLC was proposed.The numerical solution of proposed model was also presented.The separation of BAS-HG-water mixture by praparative HPLC on NDG packing was investigated theoretically and experimentally.It was shown that if the separation demand can be satisfied,the preparative amount can be improved by mass overload.It was also found that the theoretical curves agreed well with the experimental results.
