【Abstract】 From the view-point of chemical engineering,a mixing pool model for preparative HPLC was proposed.The numerical solution of proposed model was also presented.The separation of BAS-HG-water mixture by praparative HPLC on NDG packing was investigated theoretically and experimentally.It was shown that if the separation demand can be satisfied,the preparative amount can be improved by mass overload.It was also found that the theoretical curves agreed well with the experimental results.更多还原
