【Abstract】 Itaconic acid is an important additive inthe production of polymers.Fermentation is the most commonly used method in producing it.Starting from the screening of strains,someissuesdiscussedin this article,suchasthe cultureof the selected moulds,temperature,pH,optimum medium,together with the growth &acid producing properties of the strain,etc.the acidity of itaconic acid has reached up to 6.5% with yields of 55%,in shaker experiments.更多还原
