【摘要】 膜腠—三焦作为气、液流行的通道,通达上下内外,联系五脏六腑。结直肠癌在中医属于"肠蕈""积聚"的范畴,以往对其病机研究主要集中在气郁、痰湿、血瘀。本文以膜腠—三焦理论为核心探讨结直肠癌的形成,认为膜腠—三焦失和是关键,进而影响气机升降、津液布散失司,最终导致三瘀(气郁、痰湿、血瘀)等病机的形成与演变,并提出以疏通膜腠、调畅三焦为法而祛三瘀以达阻遏结直肠癌病情恶化之佳效,为结直肠癌的防治提供中医导引康复方案,更好地继承发扬中医导引在"治未病"中的独特优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a popular channel of qi and liquid, the membrane interstices-three energizer connects the upper and lower parts and the internal and external organs.Colorectal cancer belongs to the category of "intestinal mushroom" and "accumulation" in traditional Chinese medicine. In the past, the research on its pathogenesis mainly focused on qi stagnation, phlegm dampness, and blood stasis. In this paper, the formation of colorectal cancer is discussed based on the theory of membranous interstices and triple energizers. It is believed that the loss of harmony between membranous interstices and triple energizer is the key, which in turn affects the ascending and descending of qi activity and the distribution of body fluid, and eventually leads to the formation and evolution of pathogenesis such as triple stasis(qi stagnation, phlegm dampness, and blood stasis). It is proposed to dredge the membranous interstices and regulate the triple energizer to remove the triple stasis to achieve the best effect of preventing the deterioration of colorectal cancer. It provides a rehabilitation scheme of traditional Chinese medicine guidance for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer, and better inherits and develops the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine Daoyin method in preventive treatment of disease.更多还原
