【摘要】 以桑蓓斯凤仙2个品种的腋芽为外植体,开展茎尖脱毒与增殖诱导试验,探讨外植体选择、灭菌、腋芽诱导、增殖培养的最优条件,建立稳定的增殖体系。结果表明:采集1～2cm大小的侧芽叶芽率最高;消毒9min后剥离成0.3～0.4mm大小茎尖,接种在MS+6-BA0.5/mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L的培养基中生长最佳;桑蓓斯凤仙组培苗瓶外生根,生根率达100%。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the axillary buds of two species of Impatiens Sangbei taken as explants,a shoot tip detoxification and proliferation induction experiment were carried out,in order to explore the optimal conditions for explant selection,sterilization,axillary bud induction,and proliferation culture,to establish a stable Multiplication system.The results showed that the bud rate of lateral buds with a size of 1～2 cm was the highest;after 9 minutes of sterilization,they were stripped into 0.3～0.4 mm apex,and they grew best inoculated in MS+6-BA0.5/mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L medium;Impatiens Sangbei tissue culture seedlings took root outside the bottle,and the rooting rate reaches 100%.更多还原
