【摘要】 采用间接ELISA、竞争ELISA对2009～2011年采自黑龙江省16个奶牛场的4830份血清样本进行回顾性检测,并对此期间的2个布病净化示范场样本进行验证性检测,以期了解2009～2011年间黑龙江省布鲁氏菌血清学状况,并对布病净化示范场的净化效果进行评价。结果显示,2009～2011年间黑龙江省部分规模化奶牛场布鲁氏菌血清抗体阳性率较低;2个布病净化示范牛场连续三年始终保持在布病净化水平;采用"检疫+扑杀"的净化流程后,2个规模化奶牛场达到净化水平,说明其布病净化程序具有实践意义,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 To survey the Brucella serology situation of Heilongjiang Province, and assess the brucellosis depuration effect of dairy cow farms, 4830 serum samples, which were collected from sixteen dairy cow farms from 2009 to 2011, were retrospective tested by indirect ELISA and competitive ELISA, and take confirmatory testing for two dairy cow farms which were brucellosis depurated. The results demonstrated that the brucella antibody levels were relatively low in some dairy cow farms; two brucellosis depurated dairy cow farms remained at the level of brucellosis depuration from 2009 to 2011; two dairy cow farms reached the level of brucellosis depuration after adopt the depuration process of "quarantine and culling". All these indicate that the depuration process have practical significance and were worthy of promotion.更多还原
