【摘要】 高产奶牛对氨基酸需要量很大。当能量一定,氮源充足情况时,微生物菌体蛋白的产量相对稳定,要满足畜体的氨基酸需要,达到理想生产性能,只能通过增加过瘤胃蛋白水平来解决小肠氨基酸供应量和种类不足的矛盾[1]。文章对过瘤胃蛋白的概述和过瘤胃蛋白的作用机理及过瘤胃蛋白的应用进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The high-yielding dairy cows need a lot of amino acids.When the energy is constant,the nitrogen is adequate,Production of microbial cell protein is relatively stable,to meet the needs of amino acid of the carcass and achieve the desired performance,diets only solve supply and species of amino acids in small intestine by increasing rumen protein levels.The article be reviewed from concept of the rumen protein, mechanism of rumen prote and applications of Rumen protein.更多还原
