不同类型精料对舍饲牦牛生产性能及养分消化率的影响

【摘要】 为了探究舍饲育肥牦牛适宜的精料类型,采用随机区组试验设计将32头年龄为3周岁左右的健康麦洼公牦牛分为4个处理组(3个试验组,1个对照组),每个处理8个重复,每个重复1头牛,进行栓系饲喂,对照组(C组)饲喂当地常用精料,试验B1和B2组饲喂由发酵酒糟替代蛋白源饲料组成的精料,A组为典型的玉米豆粕型精料。预试期为15d,试验期60d,试验期分为3个阶段(每个阶段20d),3个阶段中A、B1、C组精料饲喂量分别按照牦牛体重的1.0%、1.1%、1.2%,B2组则按照1.3%、1.4%、1.5%预设。测定精料和粗料采食量及试验开始和结束后的体重计算日增重,采用内源性指示剂法测定各处理牦牛的养分表观消化率。结果表明,整个试验期内,B2组干物质采食量(DMI)和日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),对照组C显著低于各组(P<0.05),而料重比则以A组最低,显著低于其余各组(P<0.05);C组的GE和CP消化率显著低于其余各组(P<0.05),而CF则以B1组较高,显著高于各组(P<0.05),而B1和B2组的NDF消化率显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05),两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明,精料类型显著影响舍饲牦牛生产性能和养分消化率,发酵酒糟作为蛋白源饲料添加到精料中能促进舍饲牦牛采食量从而提高生产性能,精料蛋白水平较高则牦牛蛋白质表观消化率较高。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the suitable concentrate type on Barn-feeding yak, the randomized block experimental design was utilized, and 32 healthy Maiwa yaks with about 3years old were randomly allotted into 4 groups(3test group, 1control group), and there were 8 yaks in each group with 8 replicates and 1yak was used in per replicate. The all yaks were tethered in colony house.The yaks in control group were fed with local concentrate, the B1 and B2 group were fed with concentrate replaced by fermentation of distiller’s grains, and A group was typical corn-soybean meal concentrate. Pre trial period for 15d, test period for 60d, The test period was divided into 3 stages(each stage 20d), in the 3 stages, the scale of feeding of A, B1, C group respectively according to the body weight of yaks’ 1.0%, 1.1%, 1.2%, and the B2 was preinstalled according to 1.3%、1.4%、1.5%. The concentrate and roughage was tested and the body weight in beginning and end to calculate the ADG, the method of endogenous indicator was used to determine the apparent digestibility of nutrients. The results showed that in whole experimental period, DMI fed by B2 group and its ADG significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05), the control group was significantly lower than that of group C(P<0.05), while the A group’s feed reward was lowest, significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05), In group C, GE and CP digestibility was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05), and CF in B1 group was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05), while B1 and B2 group of NDF digestibility was significantly higher than that of A group and C group(P<0.05), but no significant difference(P>0.05). It is showed that the type of concentrate significantly affects the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of yak, fermentation of distiller’s grains as feed added to concentrate in promoting domestic Yak and thus can improve the growth performance of intake, and the yak’s protein apparent digestibility was higher when the protein level is higher.
