10万t/a低能耗高强度竹材化机浆生产实践

【摘要】 介绍了某企业10万t/a竹材化机浆生产线的工艺技术特点和生产运行情况。该生产线运用低温浸渍工艺提高了纸浆强度,通过回收利用外排废水和废汽中的热能,使用大量节能伺服电机代替传统电机,使生产综合能耗水平降到了57 kgce/Adt。纸浆的综合强度和生产节能达到了世界先进水平。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the technological characteristics and operation of the 100 kt/a bamboo chemi-mechanical pulping line in the one enterprise. The low temperature impregnation process was used in the production line to improve the strength of pulp,the heat energy in the waste water,and steam was recovered,and a large amount of conventional motors were replaced by the energy-saving servo motors,so that the level of the comprehensive energy consumption was reduced to 57 kgce/Adt. The pulp comprehensive strength and the energysaving had reached international advanced levels
