大采高综放开采在厚煤层安全高效生产中的应用

【摘要】 根据当前综放开采技术发展水平,通过分析影响综放工作面产量进一步提高的主要原因,提出了大采高综放开采方法是低瓦斯综放工作面实现年产10 Mt重要途径的观点。通过对加大厚煤层工作面通风断面途径的分析,结合综放开采工艺与大采高综采工艺,提出了在高瓦斯厚煤层采用大采高综放开采提高工作面通风能力的思路。按照"以风定产"的原则,比较了大采高综放与普通综放开采工艺在不同瓦斯相对涌出量时的产量。根据比较结果,得出了大采高综放开采是高瓦斯厚煤层实现安全高效开采新途径的结论。

【Abstract】 Based on the current development level of fully mechanized caving mining and analysis on the principal reasons of affecting caving face increase production,the conclusion that high cutting fully mechanized caving mining is an important way for low gas caving face to realize annual output 10 million ton,is put forward.Based on the analysis of oversizing venting section in thick seam face and combining the caving process with the high cutting fully mechanized mining process,the author draws a conclusion that high cutting fully mechanized caving mining is a way to increase venting ability in high gas thick seam mining face.According to the principle of "daily output determination matched with the fan actual ability",production of mining face with different relative gas emission are compared between high cutting fully mechanized caving mining and ordinary caving mining.In response to the result,high cutting fully mechanized caving mining is a new path to realize safety and high efficiency in high gas and thick seam mining face.
