【摘要】 目的编制成人双条件词组听觉理解评估词表,并进行信度和效度检验,为康复训练计划的制定提供借鉴与参考。方法参考国内外词表的编制过程,编制成人双条件词组听觉理解评估词表,并使用该词表对上海市四家医院的40名失语症患者进行词表评估,使用SPSS23.0对数据进行统计分析,评价词表的信效度。结果词表的重测信度为0.960,Cronbach’s α系数为0.894,分半系数为0.924。除了复述得分,词表与西方失语症成套测验(WAB)其他各项得分的相关系数均>0.6。结论自编《成人双条件词组听觉理解能力评估表》具有良好的信度和效度,是评价成人患者词组听理解能力的科学可靠的工具,具有较好的临床评估意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compile a comprehension assessment scale of double-conditional phrases for adults and evaluate its reliability and validity,in order to provide reference for the development of rehabilitation training plans.Methods:Referring to the compilation process of word lists at home and abroad,a comprehension assessment scale of double-conditional phrases for adults was compiled,and 40 aphasic patients from four hospitals in Shanghai were evaluated with the scale.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS23.0 to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Result:The test-retest reliability of the scale is 0.960,Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.894,and the split-half coefficient is 0.924.Except for the repetition score,the correlation coefficients between the scale and other scores of the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB) are greater than 0.6.Conclusion:The self-made "Adult Double Conditional Phrases Auditory Comprehension Assessment Scale" has good reliability and validity.It’s a scientific and reliable tool for evaluating the auditory comprehension ability of adult patients with good clinical evaluation significance.更多还原
